Photo requirements for this form have
changed. Effective Monday, October 4, 2004,
photos filed with the Immigration Court in conjunction with this form must
be full color frontal/passport-style photographs rather than the
three-quarter color photographs referenced in the instructions. The
Immigration Court will accept both three-quarter and full color frontal
photographs until Friday, October 1, 2004, after which only full frontal
color photos will be accepted. All other photo requirements provided for in
the instructions remain the same.
