A Visa
(Diplomatic Visas: A1, A2, A3)

Diplomatic visitors are defined by the Immigration and Nationality Act as “diplomats, officials, and employees of foreign governments recognized by the United States” who are coming in the United States on official business.”

The LL. M. Law Group can help obtain an A1 visa for the following visitors to the United States:

  • Heads of State

  • Public Ministers

  • Ambassadors

  • Career Diplomats

  • Officers

  • Carrier couriers

  • Immediate family members of the principal diplomatic holders of an A-1 visa

The LL. M. Law Group can help obtain an A2 visa for the following visitors to the United States:

  • Accredited Officials, other than those in the diplomat category, who are representing the national government traveling to the U.S. to engage in official activities of their government

  • Immediate family members of A-2 diplomatic visa holders

The LL.M. Law Group can help obtain an A3 visa for the following visitors to the United States:

  • Attendants, servants, personal employees of A-1 or A-2 visa holders

  • Immediate family members of A-3 visa holders
