Immigrant Visa Petitions can be filed at the AIT Immigrant Unit
Information window Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 11:00 am.
Attorney Representation
Generally attorneys are not permitted to be physically present
with clients at either NOV or IV interviews. However, attorneys may wait
either in the outer waiting room in the NIV Unit in the first floor or the
ACS waiting room on the second floor. Attorneys may drop off supporting
documents or written inquiries in the IV unit.
