The LL.M. Law Group is located on the 4th floor of the historic
Monadnock Building.
When
the
Monadnock Building
was completed in
1893, it was the world's largest office building. People are still
startled by the power and simplicity of its design; some say that
modern architecture began with its sweeping curves.
The restoration of
the Monadnock is a nationally acclaimed melding of historic character
and modern technology.

Direction:
The Monadnock Building occupies the
block bounded by Jackson, Dearborn, Federal and Van Buren Streets, in
the Chicago Loop.
It’s across the street from the Federal Center, the Union League Club
and the Standard Club.
The Board of Trade, the Chicago Public Library, the Loop post office
and the Chicago Bar Association are all nearby.
Parking is available in a modern self-park garage across Federal
Street and at several other nearby facilities.
The Jackson station of the O'Hare Blue Line is next to the Monadnock.
Stations for all of the other El and subway lines are within a block
of the building.
Congress Parkway, which provides access to the expressway system, is
one block south.

Directions:
Travel from the Kennedy (North/Wisconsin) / Dan Ryan (South/Indiana):
From highway 90/94, exit on Washington Street
Travel east to Michigan Avenue /13 blocks
Turn right on Michigan; we are 1.5 blocks up on the right side
Travel from the Eisenhower (West):
From highway 290, travel until it turns into Congress Parkway
From Congress turn left on Michigan (9 blocks)
We are 4 blocks up on the left side
Travel from the Stevenson (I-55, South/St. Louis):
From highway 55, travel to
Lake Shore Drive
Turn left (north) on LSD
Travel from Lake Shore Drive
From LSD (highway 41), exit at Randolph Street
From Randolph turn left on Michigan (2 blocks)
We are 2 blocks up on the left side
Travel from the airports:
O'HARE: From highway 90 travel to the 90/94 merge, follow directions
from the
Kennedy (above)

CTA train: board Blue Line train from lower level of airport and get
off at the
Washington/Dearborn stop, walk one block south to Madison and three
blocks east to Michigan.

turn right (north) on Stevenson and follow directions (above)
